I have a button on my mouse mapped to 'End' that I would like to open the multitasking view. How can this be done? First I don't have the companionware on Linux for the Func Ms-R2. And if I did how would I map it to an unused key? Is there a better way to do this?

You may try to bind "End" to Display workplace in keyboard shortcuts in the control center.
The command is in /usr/share/applications/deepin-wm-multitaskingview.desktop.

Thanks for the reply bobo. I go into shortcuts and search 'Display workplace', click on super + S and then press a key like End but it doesn't change. In any case I need it to function like a G key so that I don't go into multitasking view every time I press End (whilst coding or something). Is this possible?

It seems 'Display workplace' can only be bound to a key combination, e.g. win + h. I don't know whether it's a bug or not.
