What version of Deepin are you using ? and what is your hardware information ?
I'm using 15.1.1, with i5-4210u 8gb ram, ssd and gt 740m gpu. I have uninstalled everything containing nvidia in it, and most of the issues are gone. The noveau drivers are fine, although doesn't perform at maximum capabilities of the gpu. I hoverwer will stick to these drivers for now, until perhaps a newer nvidia driver comes out, and I'll give that another shot!

Most users but not all had better luck with the 352.79 . I have tested the 361.28 . But I like the simplicity of the open source driver.

I have updated my system a few days ago, and since then the window effects don't work (I tried turning them on and off multiple times) and I have also noticed weird rendering issues, where my windows content wont render sometimes. Here's a screenshot I managed to make when this happened
It's happening in all applications, not only PHPstorm.
I have tried using the xserver-xorg-video-nouveau drivers as well as the latest nvidia drivers, with no difference what so ever.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
