Hi,
first of all you need to install dconf-editor if you do not have it already: sudo apt-get install dconf-editor
now you can do this

run dconf-editor and go to:
com -> deepin -> wrap -> gnome -> desktop -> background

there you have some settings to play with, you should try change picture-options

From what I understand Deepin is working on additional theming . Some users have done github search and compiled themselves. Numix and arc Are 2 that are recommended. But only advanced Linux users should try that.
