I am trying to change the desktop resolution on my laptop. It uses an ivy bridge cpu and intel hd4000 integrated graphics. The resolution options open to me from the command centre are: 1366x768 (native), 1360x768, 1024x768, 800x600 and 640x480. I wanted to try a lower widescreen resolution (eg 1280x720) for running some 3D games that struggle at the native resolution, but there is no option to select this resolution from the command centre or in game. I don't want to use 1024x768 or lower as these have a 4:3 aspect resulting in black bars, but on windows you can normally set the resolution to something like 1280x720 or 1280x800 and it will rescale to fit the panel. Is there anyway to acheive this with Deepin?

Thanks.

I've been looking into this on desktops with no more luck than you. Any game aficionados in the deepin community know a way?
