Since Deepin 2014 is based on Ubuntu 14.04 it may not get updated to LibreOffice 4.3, at least not anytime soon.
If you want to update to LibreOffice 4.3 now the easiest way is to use the Official LibreOffice PPA...

As far as regular Updates go the Deepin Store will do the job or you can open Terminal and input the following command to get updates...Copy the Code

So I have a few questions;
1) How do I update all my applications properly? As of yesterday, libreoffice 4.3 comes with vital updates that I need. Currently, I can't seem to update libre through deepin's app store - why is that?
2) So far, I have had zero updates from deepin's app centre - Is this normal, or is it a bug?
3) How do I update deepin itself?
